At Urine Trouble, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Because our product is a natural pet-use item and, well… returning used rocks would be a little odd, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a problem, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at pinemediawi@gmail.com. We'll do our best to make it right and may offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
